Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Read how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Yours.
1. Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Final sale items, lingerie, swimwear, and earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Return process
- Email us at contact@yoursabaya.COM with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack items securely and ship using a trackable service.
Note: For Cash on Delivery orders in Morocco, returns are accepted; refunds are issued as store credit or exchange.
3. Return shipping costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect.
- If defective/incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid option (where available).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund (PayPal/Western Union) or store credit (for COD orders in Morocco).
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original method: PayPal or Western Union.
- For Cash on Delivery (Morocco), refunds are issued as store credit or exchange.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection for processing.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Non-returnable items
- Final sale/clearance items.
- Intimates: lingerie, swimwear, and earrings (unless defective).
- Gift cards and downloadable items.
